USA (1996-2004)

This serie of banknotes belongs to the period of Bill Clinton's and George W. Bush precidency, in which September the 11th US was struck by a terrorist attack and the invation of Irak.
In the banknotes can be seen some stamps with letters. In the left side appear the ones that mean where they were coined: A (Federal Reserve Bank of Boston), B (Federal Reserve Bank of New York), C (Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia), D (Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland), E (Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond), F (Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta), G (Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago), H (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis), I (Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis), J (Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City), K (Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas), L (Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco). The right stamp always is Department of Treasury's coat of arms. There are banknotes of 1 dollar, 2 dollars, 5 dollars, 10 dollars, 20 dollars, 50 dollars and 100 dollars.

1 dollar (one dollar)

This banknotes worth 1 dollar was first circulated in 2001. On the main side center you can see George Washington, an American statesman and soldier who was the first President of the US and one of the Founding Fathers of the country. In the upper part appears the name of the banknotes (Federal Reserve Note) and the name of the country. There are four 1's (one in each corner), a text says the banknote is the legal tender for all debts and the written value of the banknote.
On the other side you can the Great Seal of the United States of America, used to authenticate certain documents issued by the U.S. federal government (consisting in an unfinished pyramid and an eagle with a shield). It has four 1's (one in each corner), the name of the country, the written value of the banknote, the sentence In God we trust and decorative elements. This banknote has no digital watermark. The size of this banknote is 15.5 cm x 6.5 cm.
